Terms and Conditions

These terms set out the scope of our vector tracing services, who owns the finished artwork, and how deliverables are verified before handoff.

Full commercial rights and ownership of the generated vector assets remain with the client. BossVector retains no claim to the finished files once delivery is accepted and paid in full.

Deliverables adhere to the formats requested at order, including SVG, AI, PDF, PNG, and JPG. Each file is prepared to the export settings named in the project requirements.

Revisions cover path adjustments and compliance with the specifications supplied at order. Requests outside the original brief are quoted separately before work begins.

Each deliverable is checked against the source artwork and the requested format before handoff. Services are limited to the vector recreation of artwork you supply; we do not alter ownership, marks, or licensing of the source material.
