Your artwork stays private

Uploaded artwork is used strictly for vector tracing. We protect every file and the contact details you share with us, and we explain below how each is handled.

1. Artwork use. Files you upload are used only to prepare the vector tracing you request. We do not share, sell, or publish client artwork with third parties.

2. Storage duration. Artwork files are kept only as long as needed to complete and deliver your order, after which they are removed from our working systems.

3. Contact data. Name, email, and phone details collected during submission are retained only for order communication and are not used for unrelated marketing.

4. Storage protection. We apply industry-standard digital storage protections across all client files, including restricted access to authorised production staff only.

5. Your requests. You may ask us to review, correct, or delete the personal details and files we hold about you by contacting us through the Contact page.
